Spatial Retail Analyst

A leader in the geo-spatial market research, data and advisory industries that specialises within the retail, property and investment sectors are seeking to employ a technically minded Spatial Retail Analyst on a permanent basis. Their services in a nutshell include feasibility studies, demographic studies, site evaluations, and possible turnover estimates.

A junior Analyst is required for their Retail and Healthcare sector. You will be responsible for putting together specialist market feasibility reports with accompanying demand forecast models. Must be efficient with GIS platforms (ESRI).

**Focus**
- Collect, analyse, interrogate and interpret data in line with applicable methodologies and standards.
- Work with Senior Associates to compile feasibility studies for numerous well-known retail portfolios within Africa.
- Delivery of assigned projects in line with specific Key Performance Indicator parameters (time, quality, cost, value).

- Retail Feasibility Reports.
- Hospital Bed-Demand Reports.
- Network/Portfolio Planning Analyses.
- ESRI online dashboarding and viewers.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Property, Town & Regional Planning, Business, GIS or a related field is required.
- At least 1 year of experience working with feasibility studies.
- High proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
- Previous exposure to feasibility studies vital.

**Salary **- R15 to R25k/month, negotiable and heavily dependent on experience.
