Established in 2019, Mdaswifi is a growing Internet Service Provider which builds, owns, and operates wireless internet networks. We connect homes and businesses to uncapped internet and operate a growing wi-fi hotspot network.

We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing new infrastructure projects such as high sites and wi-fi hotspots deployments, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You will co-ordinate project workflow, planning and be the go-between the company, relevant stakeholders, landlords, regulatory authorities, and the communities in which we deploy new infrastructure.

You will pave the way for infrastructure teams to carry out their tasks seamlessly through site acquisition, community engagements to introduce upcoming projects, project stock allocations, etc. You will drive, monitor, and report on the team's progress.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supervise the field deployment teams, ensure they have all the resources necessary to complete their tower and hotspots deployment tasks.
- Report on project progress timeously, and manage expectations.
- Lead the deployment teams to drive project execution and delivery.
- Develop, maintain, update and communicate all project plans & changes.
- Manage project workflows, allocate resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Supervise finished work before handover, and provide guidance to the team to maintain quality standards and alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings with deployment teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with communities in which we deploy in.
- Maintain communication with internal project teams e.g. engineering, sales, etc.

**Internal Collaboration**:

- Communicate with all departments regarding and project challenges and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments for solutions and change implementation.
- Provide snags and project-related feedback at meetings.
- Build effective relationships with other team members, and suppliers.
- Come up with any cost-saving ideas and other initiatives that can benefit the project.

**Requirements**:

- Proven (3) experience in a similar role within the ICT industry.
- Able to engage and communicate with diverse communities.
- Project Management Certificate and added advantage.
- Ability to lead a geographically scatered team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Project Reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Able to guide and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
