**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
**Supervision and Leadership**: Lead a team of electrical technicians and engineers in executing electrical installations and maintenance for the Impofu Wind Project. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
**Project Management**: Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute project activities. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all electrical work aligns with the overall project schedule.
**Quality Assurance**: Ensure all electrical work is conducted in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections and audits of electrical installations to verify compliance with safety standards and best practices.
**Troubleshooting and Problem Solving**: Respond to electrical issues as they arise during construction and commissioning phases. Utilize strong analytical skills to diagnose problems, propose effective solutions, and implement corrective actions promptly.
**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of electrical installations, maintenance activities, and project progress. Prepare comprehensive reports for project stakeholders, including management and clients, that detail progress, challenges, and resolutions.
**Safety Compliance**: Uphold a strong safety culture on the construction site. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with Eosol Group's safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and training sessions for the team.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Technical certifications in electrical systems or renewable energy are a plus.
**Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on wind energy projects.
**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in electrical systems, power generation, and renewable energy technologies. Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting techniques and knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards.
**Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
