We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team at one of the Leading Banks as a Technical Blaze Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in actively owning and participating in the evolution of our technology assets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead a Center of Excellence (COE) associated with Blaze Advisor and Compliance, influencing and maintaining the health of these assets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and actively participate in the overall evolution of Blaze Advisor and Compliance technology assets.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in Blaze Advisor, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this domain.
- Proficiency in FICO Blaze Advisor version 7.x with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Utilize banking and compliance experience to ensure regulatory adherence, with preferred knowledge in FICA, FATCA, and other regulatory rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Manage and mentor team members within the Center of Excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Blaze Advisor, compliance, and related domains.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technically related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Blaze Advisor, with proficiency in FICO Blaze Advisor version 7.x.
- Prior experience in banking and compliance is preferred, with knowledge of regulatory rules such as FICA, FATCA, etc.
- Experience being part of an Enterprise Rules Team is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of driving results and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
