**About the Role**

Based in Menlyn, servicing customers from surrounding areas, this role is ideal for someone with **solid automotive knowledge** who can liaise effectively between customers and the workshop. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth workflow, exceptional customer satisfaction, and adherence to **industry standards**.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry
- Experience in an aftermarket automotive workshop is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics, parts, and servicing
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking fluently)
- Strong administrative and system-driven approach
- Ability to manage customer expectations professionally and efficiently
- Must provide contactable references
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Additional automotive-related qualifications are an advantage

**Commission structure in addition to basic salary.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the **primary point of contact** for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Accurately record customer **concerns, service requests, and vehicle details** into the system.
- Communicate effectively between **customers, technicians, and management** to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Provide **accurate cost estimates** and obtain customer approval before commencing work.
- Ensure all service and repair work adheres to **high industry and workshop standards**.
- Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s status and any additional repairs required.
- Maintain **strong administrative records**, ensuring service history and documentation are complete.
- Ensure **warranty and service procedures** are correctly followed.
- Work closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient scheduling and timely completion of jobs.
- Maintain a high level of **customer satisfaction and retention**.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 500,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Menlyn Park, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
