Regional Administrator: Campaigns

Cape Town, South Africa Democratic Alliance Full time

Administratively supporting the region by:

- Assisting with logistics and administration relating to events and meetings
- Providing switchboard and reception support
- Effectively assisting with procurement functions
- Handling the maintenance and use of the regional vehicle
- Providing support to the Regional Campaign Manager, the campaign management team, as well as to campaign activities
- Providing relevant support to the regional and provincial offices

**Minimum requirements**:

- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Experience in an administrative role
- Diary management experience
- Events and/or logistics experience
- Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
- Valid driver’s licence with access to a vehicle for daily business use

- Commitment to the principles, policies and programme of action of the Democratic Alliance
- Willingness to go the extra mile, which may include working long and irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays where necessary
