SAP Consultant

**SAP CONSULTANT (BOBJ) - BI BUSINESS, 6 MONTHS CONTRACT, R130K p/m, PIETERMARITZBURG, **KWAZULU-NATAL**

Our client is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) headquartered at Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal and they seek to engage the services of a SAP CONSULTANT (BOBJ) on a **temp contract for 6 Months.**

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

- Perform Business Analysis functions in all required solutions
- Validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems
- Escalated support of relevant SAP stream / module for business systems
- Align SAP Solutions to industry best practice and organisation goals
- Perform Quality Assurance on all proposed or developed solutions for organisation
- Analyses and defines complex SAP business processes and integrates these solutions to fit business requirements
- Performs complex functional configuration, testing, and maintenance tasks to systems modules according to operational and business needs

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:

- Matric, Diploma Information Technology
- Accredited certification of K3 in relevant SAP functional modules
- 2 years’ experience in SAP Systems implementation
- 2 years working experience in a SAP Project environment
- 2 years working experience in the functional configuration, modification and maintenance of a SAP ERP system
- 2 years working experience in development business models for reporting and business intelligence development

- Complete involvement in all SAP systems implementation and or enhancements
- Document all relevant procedures and processes using SAP Solution Manager
- Implementing latest SAP development standards to meet business requirements
- Adhere to regulatory compliance and good governance
- Ensure SAP systems are aligned with changing business direction
- SAP System risk management and mitigation
- Facilitate effective communication between key ICT groups and business community
- Understanding and adhering to Umgeni Water Policies, processes and procedures inclusive but not limited to configuration management, change control, project management and performance management.

REMUNERATION

R130 000 p/m gross
