- We are looking to recruit a permanent Commercial Coordinator to work for United Pharmaceutical Distributors (UPD). The role will be based at the Lea Glen branch and will report to the Wholesale Commercial Executive.**Job description**

**Job Purpose**

To coordinate a range of administrative tasks and activities of the entire commercial division in order to provide efficient service to internal and external customers.

**Job Objectives**:

- To provide dedicated day-to-day support to the Head of Commercial and other Commercial Executives to ensure all clerical and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively including planning and managing diaries, coordinating meetings, drafting related agendas and minutes, attending to visitors, screening telephone calls, dealing with daily correspondence, enquiries and requests as appropriate and handling all travel and accommodation bookings.
- To maintain office systems, deal efficiently with paper flow and implement confidential systems for sensitive organizational issues and information.
- To ensure that commercial communication is documented accurately and sent to customers within set deadlines.
- To manage the distribution of promotional material on time, to the correct location and via the correct channels.
- To compile sales targets vs. actual reports as required.
- To respond quickly and efficiently to all Link related enquiries.
- To follow up with relevant commercial team members as it relates to customer queries and requirements and ensure these are addressed timeously.
- To effectively coordinate and organize all internal and external marketing / commercial related events, including assuming responsibility for organizing the UPD Supplier Year End function within a set budget.

**Minimum requirements**

**Minimum requirements**
- Grade 12
- Relevant diploma (in marketing, administration, secretarial or a professional PA qualification)

**Experience and Education**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role within a marketing, sales or commercial environment
- Proven track record as an executive assistant or coordinator providing support to senior executives
- Wholesale or distribution experience
