**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

To make sure that the office is opened and its closed every working day.

To be able to perform the duties of the General Manager and act on his/her behalf when not available.

To be able to perform administrative duties, general management, internal and external marketing.

Consolidate, analyse and understand financials of the branch

To be very knowledgeable of all services rendered by the branch.

To work hand in hand with the general manager and director.

**To manage the entire branch including staff (detailed breakdown of duties to be provided when job offered).**
