**Our client based on the East Rand in Johannesburg is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to administrate and process all customer orders/queries. This post will be reporting to the National Sales Coordinator of the company.**

Main Duties:

- Receiving of orders & invoicing of products to external customers
- Assist customers & sales representatives with queries
- Allocate, monitor & expedite back-orders & monitor packing slips
- Prepare & provide back-order reports to customers
- Provide feedback & info as is relevant to external sales staff & management
- General internal sales-related tasks & duties
- Assist to monitor & administrate promotional campaigns
- Prepare & submit monthly reports relating to customer satisfaction
- General marketing communication with external customers as required
- Assist warehouse with stock takes as required

Key Attributes & Competencies:
A positive general attitude,

Advanced communication & telephone skills,

Previous experience in a marketing & sales environment,

Computer Literate (MS Office Suite, particularly Excel),

Basic understanding and knowledge of warehousing,

Good communication skills,

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively,

Self-motivated, adaptable and resourceful,

Experience in the automotive aftermarket, sales & marketing environment will be an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Matric/Grade 12,

Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage,

Minimum of 3 years internal/telesales experience,

Knowledge of SYSPRO will be an advantage,

Service/sales-related qualifications will be an advantage.

Salary will be discussed during the interview and will include a 13th cheque, medical aid & and Retirement Umbrella Group Fund.
