Cape Town, South Africa F & G Sourcing Specialist Full time

Our accounting client based in Woodstock is seeking a Senior Tax Consultant to join their firm.

Working within the tax department as a Tax Advisor your tasks includes but is not limited to:

- SARS compromises, payment arrangement and settlement agreements
- Preparation of high-level income tax computations and tax returns for mostly individual taxpayers
- Expatriate tax advisory experience would be advantageous but is not a deal breaker
- Attend timorously to return submissions, SARS request for verification information, objections, appeals and alternative disputes
- Producing high level tax opinions
- Billing client work and managing your WIP (work in progress)
- Budget management in respect of client engagement
- Manage individual productivity
- Consulting with clients and any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the employer’s business as the employer may from time to time direct
**Requirements**:

- A tax qualification
- Completed SAIPA/SAICA articles would be advantageous

**Salary**: R30 000 - R33 000 per Month

**Education**:

- Certificate (required)
**Experience**:

- tax focused: 3 years (required)
