**WE ARE HIRING**
**SENIOR BOOKKEEPER**

**Position Overview**:
**Some of the duties will include the following**:

- Full bookkeeping functions including Debtors and Creditors, multiple Cashbooks, Inter Company Accounts, Accruals and Pre-Payments.
- Month-End Reporting.
- Sport Sections Financial Management.
- Attendance at Sports Sections Meetings.
- Membership Subscription Management.
- Debt Collection.
- Payroll Management including overtime, leave, deductions and pension fund management.
- Budgets, Forecasting and Trend Assessments.
- Daily POS Reconciliation and Financial Control.
- Year-End preparation and liaising with the Club’s Auditor.
- Preparing Statutory Returns.
- Management of control accounts, including but not limited to bar stock.
- Regular communication with various sports sections and management of any financial queries.
- Liaise and prepare reports for the Club Director and Government Departments as required.
- Attend selected Management Meetings and all Club and Section AGMs.
- General admin and filing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years bookkeeping experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Pastel Partner, Pastel Payroll and Sage Online.

**Salary and Benefits**:
Industry Related and Dependent on Experience.
