Universal Call Centre is looking for exceptional Sales team leaders who are innovative, attentive and nurturing with magnificent leadership skills to join our family.

**Time**:

Monday - Friday (NO WEEKENDS)

07:45 AM - 18:00 PM

**Requirements**:
Effectively manage your team
Ensure Adherence and Attendance of team members
Assist team members with escalated queries and on the floor queries
Ensure smooth implementation of new policies and procedures
Report any incidences
Coaching and performance management of team members
Compliance
Ensuring targets are meet
Create a positive working environment that empowers and develops your team members
Ensure that your team has access to appropriate training and other resources to perform their job.
Provide work procedures and processes that support the company and departmental procedures.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 level qualification.
12 months’ experience in a call center environment
12 months' experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment.
Effective time management
Sound knowledge of a CRM system.
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
