**The main purpose of this position is to manage a sales team in a Property Development company. Must have experience in managing a sales team and selling completed and off-plan sectional title units.**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in managing a sales team and selling completed and off-plan sectional title units.

DUTIES:
Manage Sales:

- Manage team of sales agents selling new developments.
- Ability and willing to sell alongside team.
- Organise and hold show days with sales team.
- Marketing and advertising strategy and implementation for developments.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in regular usage of online platforms to achieve strong leads and sales.
- Client queries to do with off plan sales agreements.

Sales Administration:

- Manage bond originator and paralegal.
- Manage sales administrator.
- Record all sales Contracts.
- Prepare marketing Budgets and reports.
- Manage and attend conveyancing attorney meetings.
- Prepare documentation of handover of properties to purchasers.
