Hospitality Administration Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Administration Officer to support our operations and ensure the seamless coordination of administrative, financial, and operational functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Administrative & Financial Management**
- Oversee all administrative duties, including documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Maintain supplier contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely procurement of stock and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
2. **Operational Management**
- Assist in cafeteria and event operations when required.
- Support menu planning in collaboration with kitchen teams, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor food and beverage stock, placing timely orders to prevent shortages.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Provide operational support to resolve challenges promptly and effectively.
3. **Staff Management & Training**
- Conduct training to ensure teams are well-versed in company policies, systems, and hospitality standards.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment that reflects the Olives & Plates ethos of excellence.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management systems.
- Strong organizational, financial, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of functions, menu planning, and set-up is essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
