Job Title: Bulk Support Administrator
Role Purpose

As a Bulk Support Administrator in the Investment Operations area, you will be responsible for delivering excellence with accuracy and urgency by successfully administering and managing the administration of all Bulk Support Functions. The main purpose of your role will require query investigation, wrap funds rebalancing and processing of different corporate actions across various platforms.
Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant degree or diploma would be advantageous
- At least three years’ experience in an Investment Administration environment and/or Momentum Wealth and Momentum Wealth International experience
- Knowledge of Insurance and Investment products
- Understanding of Wrap Funds
- Offshore administration experience will be an added advantage
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring all instructions are processed correctly and timeously, exceeding client expectations
- Daily and monthly reporting
- Ensuring personal Jira workflow queue is monitored daily and cleared out daily
- Assist with general adhoc tasks, responsibilities and projects
- Updating procedure documents on an ongoing basis
- Taking responsibility of own development and growth
- Adhering to internal and external agreed upon service level agreements and turn-around times
- Delivering excellent client service to internal and external clients and business partners
- Being attentive to process or business risks and raising it accordingly
- Developing and maintaining of internal and external relationships
- Resolve all queries independently and proactively, first time around
- Communication to various internal and external parties
- Processing different corporate actions across various platforms, including but not limited to: distributions, fund mergers, liquidations, capital distributions
- Processing wrap fund rebalancing across various platforms
- The ability to execute a variety of functions within an investment administrative environment
