**Job Description**:
You will engage with the following stakeholders:
**Internal**
- Product Owners
- Enterprise Project Management Office
- BSVA Service Centre
- Internal technical teams

**External**
- Financial institutions
- External technical teams
- Vendors

**Key Role Responsibilities include**:
**Application Process**
- Analyse the user requirements and liaises with developers
- Liaise with external vendors on changes in business requirements
- Accurate estimation of development effort involved to produce system as per user requirement
- Prepare accurate installation documents

**Technical Process**
- Take part in analysis and system design, including modifications and additions to the database
- Review code that has been written by others in code review sessions
- Submit code for code inspections
- Lead unit and system integration testing
- Plan, design and author test points and give guidance to quality tester
- Participate in software build/release activities
- Maintenance and support of current systems and fixing of bugs.

**QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE**
- Technical Degree (Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or equivalent) and/or relevant technical experience.
- Good knowledge on payments domain and understanding of payments process flow
- Good knowledge on Java, C++, POSTGRES
- Knowledge of Apache Ignite and Kafka based solution development
- Good background in Linux/Unix administration, Python and shell scripting
- Knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform
- Good background in Linux/Unix administration, Python and shell scripting

**EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in API Gateways, Kubernetes, Docker, serverless solutions and CI/CD tools
- Experience with the core AWS services
- Previous exposure to large-scale systems design
- Exposure to any Fraud Management system
- Experience with monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and ELK stack
- Strong skills to troubleshoot distributed systems
- Experience in creating test cases, test data, test strategy aligning to Agile development philosophy
- Experience of working in solutioning, managing micro service-based Cloud solutions using Spring boot and spring cloud mainly in AWS cloud
- Experience with different geographical teams will be a plus
