Organisational Development Practitioner

**Main Outputs and Responsibilities for This Position**
- Implement change and organisational development initiatives that drive well-being, effectiveness, and efficiency in the business
- Participate in offering solutions while building positive relationships with key stakeholders, including heads of departments and HR BPs
- Actively seek to understand existing and new strategic and cultural issues, and ensure the implementation of effective Organisational Development programmes and interventions to address the issues
- Work with the Group Talent and Development Executive to implement, and evaluate organisational development interventions at the individual, team and organisational level relating to:
- Employee engagement
- Culture change, behaviours, and values
- Team development, collaboration, and performance
- Organisational change and transformation
- Coaching and mentoring
- Talent management and succession planning
- Leadership and management development
- Change management
- Work with Group Talent and Development Executive to drive the adoption of the (PWD) People With Disabilities programme in the organisation.
- Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of all career paths on our internal system iPerfom
- Partner with the HR Business Partners in ensuring the annual completion and reporting of our employee climate survey for both Admin and Bargaining Unit employees (Voice Your View/Your Voice)
- Drive company wide participation in our performance scorecard process
- Proactively build relationships with our Service Providers to ensure the successful implementation of our Leadership Development programmes on an annual basis
- Effectively use diagnostic tools and monitor business results to determine the success of interventions
- Research external innovation trends, remaining current with new developments and technologies
- Produce reports to managers, and exco as required.
**Formal Education**
- Behavioural Science degree or equivalent qualification
- Change Management Certificate would be advantageous (e.g., Prosci)
- Professional membership in a Human Capital association (advantageous)
**Experience**
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience in working with senior leadership teams
- 2-4 years working as an organisational development practitioner
- 2-3 years’ experience in implementing organisational design, change management and employee engagement frameworks and tools; including talent and performance management
