Award winning AD Agency urgently seeks a Digital Account Manager who will take over the position of Client Service Director after 4months.
- Lead the charge in changing the digital narrative within the Agency
- Innovate and integrate digital thinking into all that we do
- Inspire, coach and guide the ‘digital’ teams for continuous improvement of individual and collective performance.
- Facilitate and lead knowledge and training to the wider Agency
- Deliver a commercially viable digital offering
- Upskilling of Clients to new levels of thinking and a refreshed approach to ‘digital’ so that it is no longer seen as a separate medium/department.
- Drive a spirit of collaboration amongst other departments - Strategy, Creative & Account Management

**Knowledge and Experience required**:
8 years plus in a Digitally-led agency with knowledge of through-the-line strategy and campaigns.

A minimum of 4 of those years spent managing a team or teams of people and large-scale budgets and projects.

Entrepreneur/self starter at heart.

Have experience in and understand digital planning and buying process.

Ability to manage multiple business initiatives in an entrepreneurial way.

Excellent presentation skills that encompass clear, compelling communications.

Ability to engage at a highly technical level but also the able to impart knowledge and share this/teach others.

An aptitude for unique business and marketing solutions.

Deep understanding of retail and brands and what it takes to stand out and service them.

MUST BE ABLE TO COMMENCE EMPLOYMENT IMMEDIATELY

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R40,000.00 - R70,000.00 per month
