Lemonade Design Co. are looking for an experienced and self-driven digital/brand account manager, with 2-4 years hands-on experience to join our growing team. Your role will be to plan, develop and manage our clients’ digital strategies and to improve their web and social media presence, to achieve their marketing goals with a strong foundation in traditional marketing and digital marketing.
To ensure success as our account manager, you should be able to implement complex, detailed digital strategies, with traditional marketing elements, in an accurate and timely manner. We are looking for a sociable, creative individual with the ability to interpret clients needs.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
Client facing role as main point of all communication.
Oversee all the activities for a given account to ensure client expectations are met.
Oversee client billing and forecasting.
Plan, present and implement digital strategies for clients.
Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Proactively recommend and implement digital projects to increase the ROI for our clients.
Manage an internal agency team to achieve KPIs.
Prepare and present reports on clients’ digital progress.
Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology.
Build strong, long-term relationships.
Weekly status meetings and monthly director meetings.
Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
Investigate and determine clients wants and needs.
Project manage all responsible parties for on-time, on-budget deliverables.
Communicate and brief all client requirements to strategists, developers, designers, photographers and creatives
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Experience and skills**:
Proven work experience of at least 2-4 years as a digital account manager in an agency environment or Brand Manager.
Relevant marketing degree/certification in marketing studies or digital marketing and advertising.
Excellent understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the management of digital marketing activities/campaigns, as well as traditional.
Knowledge and experience with digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google AdWords and Google Analytics etc.
Experience with customer service or CRM.
Experience in planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaign.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of digital marketing metrics and strategy to be able to generate digital performance reports.
Experience in client service, you need to have excellent presentation skills and you need to be presentable.
Business skills such as sales, presentation, administration and financial project management.
You must be able to work under strict deadlines to deliver on client requirements. Due to the nature of the work, longer studio hours may be required, especially around deadlines.
Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive, energetic, team player.
Results and outcomes orientated.
High levels of initiative.
Ability to travel locally.
