Our Marketing team is looking for a SEO Manager to lead on our SEO efforts across the UK and our EU markets. This role will work closely with all areas of marketing, product, and the tech team to have one holistic approach to setting and achieving SEO goals. You will have the opportunity to define and execute our company SEO strategy, and will be accountable to measuring and reporting back to the wider business and management team on our traffic and conversion gains.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Define and manage our company SEO strategy across both our UK and EU markets to drive new customer acquisition
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify our key growth opportunities and monitor our progress and health in the market
- Working closely with the product team to monitor our site health, and ensure that our roadmap is working towards improving our SEO positioning and conversion from SEO
- Collaborate with our marketing content team and comms team to ensure that the content we are creating, and sites we are targeting, are relevant to support our rankings
- Reporting back to the wider business and stakeholders of our progress on SEO and update on expected impact on the topline

**Skills and experience we think will help you be successful in the role**:

- Experience with direct-to-consumer tech businesses
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and previous experience with key SEO tools
- Collaborative and influential, you can gain buy-in from, and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across technology and business operations
- Highly commercial, are able to measure and understand the impact of your work on key business metrics such as revenue generation

We support flexible and hybrid working wherever possible but some roles remain fully office based.

**Please note - Operational roles in our Contact Centre in Cape Town are fully office based. **Where we can support it, typical working patterns would be 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. However, we appreciate everyone’s situation is unique and are open to conversations.
