We are looking for Hotel Receptionist to provide a stellar customer experience. You will develop valuable business skills while gaining a privileged view and know-how inside the tourism industry.

Your mission is to create enthusiasm for our clients. You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job.

**Responsibilities**
- Check-in and check-out guests
- Assist guests with questions, complaints and requests
- Check that the departure bookings have left the property
- Take card and cash payments
- Organize keys, prepare indemnity forms and any paperwork required
- Keep reception organized and clean
- Do bed checks to confirm vacant rooms and outstanding payments
- Assist with admin tasks (invoices, accounting, reports, etc.)
- Social Media Marketing
- Prepare the linen of beds

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a hotel receptionist.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
