**Position Summary**:
The organization is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Professional Trustee to represent the interests of the development company and to ensure daily communications are prioritised.

**Role and responsibility**:

- Representing the development company as a trustee where development of an estate or residential housing scheme is still in process.
- Acting as Chairman on a board of trustees or directors.
- Serving as a liaison between the board of trustees/directors and the development company.
- Making decisions on behalf of the development company.
- Attending and acting as chairperson of various meetings.
- Visiting developments/sites as and when necessary.
- Attending after-hour meetings as and when required.
- Previous experience as a trustee.
- Previous experience as a portfolio manager at a management agency.
- Qualification in Sectional Title Management / HOA Management.
- Qualification from Paddocks.
- Working hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday._
- Salary is approximately R20k per month (depending on experience and qualifications)_
