**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct discovery calls to identify prospects’ needs and position SMART VAs' services
- Document each call
- Make outgoing calls to potential customers if necessary
- Follow up with prospects promptly
- Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, consistent follow through, and suggest additional services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
- Send contracts and invoices to new clients
- Introduce Smart VAs' team to new clients

**Qualifications**:

- Sales experience relevant to our industry is a MUST
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Digital marketing knowledge is a plus
- Can work part-time EST hours (4 hours)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Can work well with a diverse team with different nationalities
- Positive attitude is a MUST

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 per week
