**Salary** Basic salary R10 500 + very good incentive structure + company contributions to medical aid and provident fund. **Description** Our client is a well-known brand franchise dealership with a busy Service Department based in the City Centre / Heart of Cape Town. You will be the first point of contact for the client and your main function is to make bookings for client's vehicles for services and repairs. Duties include and is not limited to: - Liaising with clients and arrange for bookings for vehicle service / maintenance as per OEM schedules and various campaigns. - Accurate recording of customers details and additional repairs required outside of service / maintenance schedules. - Meeting and greeting customers and making them feel at home and part of "the family". - Consistently maintaining excellent customer service. **Requirements**: - At least 1 year as Service Bookings Clerk / Service Reception administrator with relevant motor industry service department experience at franchise dealership level. This is very important and not negotiable. - Software / computer literacy to include Evolve and MS Office - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. - Minimum Matric / Senior Certificate / N qualification - Driver's License - Clear criminal record - Clear credit record (no judgements) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: From R10,500.00 per month
