**THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**

A busy and fast-moving dealership workshop is looking to fill a role for a Warranty Clerk. You will be responsible for all warranty claims, submissions, calculations, and recons as well as handling some workshop bookings. Our client wants someone who is efficient, has excellent warranty knowledge, some bookings experience and has working knowledge of Evolve or similar DMS.

**Job Requirements**
Must have at least 2 years of RECENT Warranty experience in a franchised dealership

Some Bookings experience is advantageous

Excellent customer service, organisational and team-player skills

Efficient and accurate

Working knowledge of a DMS (Kerridge, Automate, Evolve, etc.)

A stable work history

Reliable and contactable references
