**The role in a nutshell**:
You will begin your mission as part of our Treasury Team, reporting to the Head of OTC desk, as we scale our trading, operations and collateral management. You'll work closely with the broader Treasury team with a focus on managing post-trade operations (including confirmations and settlements), monitoring and managing collateral and actioning risk based actions based on margin ratio trigger levels.

**Your mission will involve**:

- Post trade confirmations and settlements
- Managing the trade confirmation process for Money Market Instruments, customer OTC trades and corporate OTC trades
- Ensuring that Money Market and OTC trades are settled and reconciled (both prefunded trades and Post Trade Settlement trades)
- Managing late settlements and trade defaults
- Collateral management
- Monitoring and actions based on customer margin ratios for both unsettled Post Trade Settlement Trades and loans to Market Makers:

- Collateral calls
- Triggering deleveraging trades
- Triggering position close-outs
- Release of Collateral Wallet funds
- Trading Desk float management
- Monitoring of Trading Desk Float and flagging to Traders where liquidity issues might arise
- Generation of float rebalance requests
- Reporting and escalation
- Daily reporting on collateral actions, confirmations and settlements
- Escalation of any incidents to the Head of Trading Desk
- Customer onboarding operations (Trading Desk resolution validation)

**A little about you**:

- 3-5 years of work experience within a financial markets trading environment in either a trade operations or collateral management role (both would be beneficial)
- 2+ years of work experience in a post trade settlement environment (FX or Crypto)
- Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline.
- An advanced degree or professional qualification (CFA, CAIA, MBA) in a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment.
- Compliance with regulatory standards and a commitment to ethical trading practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in trade execution and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong team player.
- Friendly, transparent, articulate and driven to succeed.
- A passion for crypto.
