A Senior IT Support Technician role is available for experienced tech savvy individuals. You will install and maintain company hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure to ensure business sustainability and good end-user experience. Your creativity and innovation together your collaborative skills will drive new developments in the IT support space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor networks and hardware for unauthorized use
- Monitoring and securing networks
- Manage Firewall IPsec tunnel and links
- Manage IT infrastructure projects
- Manage incidents raised by end users and ensuring all requests are logged, monitored, and tracked using the incident management system
- Resolving hardware, software (including in-house), and network problems by working with end-users, other technical personnel, and external service providers
- Install, maintain, optimize and configuring software, including Windows operating systems and settings
- Manage Domain Controller (Active Directory, certificate management, DNS, Azure AD Connect)
- Ensure all software is safe and appropriately licensed
- Ensure security and privacy of computers and network system
- Providing technical support across the company and remotely

**Requirements**:

- 3-year qualification or certificate in Information Technology or other relevant qualifications from industry-recognized institute (A+, N+, MCSA, MCSE or similar advantageous)
- Experience working with, configuring, and troubleshooting computer networks (TCP/IP configuration, subnets, DNS, etc.)
- Network security administration experience
- Experience dealing with internal customers and external suppliers
- Server management experience
- Additionally, experience with network monitoring (e.g. Zabbix) and firewall management experience (e.g. Fortigate) would be beneficial
