Concentrix + Webhelp is looking for multi-tasking, fast typing Customer Support Advisors to join our team at our vibrant Cape Town office.
**What you will do in this role**
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
- Delivering excellent customer and technology services via the Service Desk channels
- Using service monitoring tools to aid the problem solving and service delivery
- Using automation where possible to support the automatic resolution or mitigation of issues
- Providing virtual support for staff working remotely
- Interacting with internal teams and 3rd party vendors as appropriate as part of the
- supply/delivery/support chain
- Handling escalated Service Desk tickets, incident management and service requests as
- appropriate
- Resolving escalated customer and supplier/vendor issues
- Developing and demonstrating an understanding of customer and business needs
- Participating and assisting in driving the knowledge management process
- Participating in IT related projects
- Assisting with the creation, distribution and analysis of operational, business and financial reporting
- Maintaining current knowledge of industry trends and potential impact on the support business
**Your qualifications**
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you have:
- A matric certificate
- A minimum of 6 months International Technical Support experience (Essential)
- The ability to work shifts in a 24/7 environment (Essential)
- A minimum of 6 months Service Desk experience (Advantageous)
- Are proficient in English verbal communication
- Computer literacy with the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively
- Eeffective problem-solving skills
- Proven experience of delivering exceptional customer care
- A high level of general IT knowledge
- Excellent time management skills
- Clear criminal and credit record
