**Resource Manager - Cape Town**:
CyberIAM is a fast growing, highly reputable Cyber Security Company who specialise in Identity Access Management and Privileged Access Management. At CyberIAM we work with some of the largest organisations in the world ranging from Global Banks, Law Enforcement, Retail, Insurance, Telecoms, Transport, Education and Manufacturing.

**Role Summary**

We are seeking a PAM team manager to support our Resource Manager and Professional Services Team from our office in Cape Town, South Africa. You will work with the resource manager to support the Professional Services teams as they implement the complete software delivery lifecycle for leading Identity Access Management and Privileged Access Management solutions ensuring full and effective utilisation of the team. You will need to be a great people manager and be able to lead, plan, organise and set training and development goals as well as ensure effective resource allocation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the delivery of PAM projects with effective resource management
- Support the performance of the PAM team and career growth
- Work with the Resource Manager to ensure strategy in place to ensure coaching, training and development plans are implemented
- Work alongside the sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved for your team with PAM implementations
- Manage resources within in the PAM team to ensure on-going productivity

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Strong Structure and organisational skills
- Identify workplace problems and escalate issues to relevant department heads
- Be a team player and build a positive environment
- Support the Professional Services Team to deliver against the demands of both the Business and Client base
- Support the full project delivery lifecycle utilising formal project management practices and methodologies
- Experience working in a consultancy is a plus
- Experience working with Privileged Access Management tools such as: CyberArk, BeyondTrust would be hugely beneficial
