Starbucks is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple store locations and drive operational success What You'll Do: - Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor store managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. - Operational Excellence: Ensure consistency and quality across all stores, maintaining Starbucks' high standards. - Strategic Planning: Drive business performance by implementing innovative strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction. - Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve targets. - Customer Focus: Champion exceptional customer service and enhance the Starbucks experience.
