**Purpose**

The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible to oversee the entire process of collecting payments from the company’s customers. The main responsibilities for this role is providing leadership, management and overseeing the accounts receivable team and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of accounts receivable functions.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Matric
- Advanced Excel experience (Graphs, Tablets, Pivot, VLookUp)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct credit risk assessments on new clients
- Loading of all Ship-to addresses onto the NAV system via the account card, once routines on Insite have been completed.
- Credit Limit Management
- Maintain credit limit increases/decreases/suspensions on a regular basis
- Reporting of all overdue accounts to CGIC within the specified time frame
- Overdue Account Management
- Daily report of all overdue accounts, and follow up on outstanding payment
- Ensure that regular correspondence is sent through to the customers
- Reverse all trade discount as per guidelines of CGIC and lodge claim via Cregalink
- Age Analysis
**Collections - Age Analysis**
- Follow up on Overdue Accounts - Attend to and resolve all queries and/or disputes raised
- Cash Flow Preparation and Analysis
- Maintaining an up to date Age Analysis
**Work Performance**

**Credit Risk**
- Completion of Account Opening Files
- Conduct Credit Risk Assessment on Client
**Collections - Age Analysis**
- Follow up on Overdue Accounts - Attend to and resolve all queries and/or disputes raised
- Cash Flow Preparation and Analysis
- Maintaining an up to date Age Analysis
**CGIC Credit Limit Management**
- Cregalink - Application of Limits/ Submission of Claims
- Reporting of Overdue Accounts to CGIC within the specified time **(30 Days from due date)**:
**Overdue Account Management**
- Daily report of all overdue accounts, for follow up on outstanding payment or to establish payment default status **(Late payment/Final Demand/CGIC Process)**:

- Ensure that regular correspondence is sent through to the customers
- Reverse all trade discounts, as per the guidelines of CGIC, and lodge a claim via Cregalink **(30 Days from due date)**
