**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our clients, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget.
- Conduct business process analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization using D365 capabilities.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and provide strategic guidance on how D365 can support their growth and success.
- Configure and customize D365 based on client requirements, including integrations with other systems and data migration.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of D365
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
- Stay updated on the latest D365 features and functionality, and provide recommendations for leveraging them to improve client operations
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and scoping sessions, to help win new business and expand our client base
- Mentor and train junior consultants on D365 best practices and methodologies

**Qualifications**:

- 5 or more years working with C# and the.Net Framework, web development experience with JavaScript and web services is required.
- 2 or more years developing solutions in Dynamics 365 including configuration, workflow and plug-in development are required.
- Experience with Power BI or SSRS, OData and FetchXML is a plus.
- Experience migrating data from legacy CRM implementations to Dynamics 365 is preferred.
