**DESCRIPTION**

The CCTV division requires a CCTV and Social Media Manager to take ownership of the regional CCTV and Social Media Manager strategy, in line with the National Strategy.

**REPORTING**

The incumbent will report to the General Manager, Western Cape.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Compulsory:

- CCTV/LPR industry specific knowledge.
CCTV control room set up
- CCTV product/technologies
- Configuration/Networking
- PC Literate
- At least 5 to 7 years managerial experience
- Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and manage people.
- Must have a strong sense for attention-to-detail.
- Presentation skills
- Own Vehicle
- Beneficial
- Knowledge of Hikvision, Dahua, analytics and LPR.
- Knowledge of iTrack, Visec and Navic software
- Basic Knowledge of SAP

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Managing a regional team and sub-contractors responsible for installing and maintaining Fidelity ADT community and customer-based CCTV installations.
- The regional CCTV strategy for the business and will take ownership of the strategy.
- Remote configuration and team viewer support.
- Manage and improve uptime and required maintenance of CCTV installations and liaise with the business and communities on the rollout of new products and projects.
- Will be required to put together solutions and systems to improve uptime of systems and service.
- Manage an inventory of spares and stock for repairs and maintenance.
- Provide weekly reports to management.
- Responsible for overseeing a company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies.
- Management of analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
