**REQUIRED Education**

**Printing or packaging factory experience**
- Must have studied Food Technology or TQM or Food Science at a college or university.
- Must have previous experience working in a food environment in the quality department

**Responsibilities and duties**

**Monday
- Friday shift work**
- Take rounds in the plant and verify the QC check sheets on the line around every 2-3 hours
- Verify cleaning in the factory
- Schedule QC’s and Cleaning team
- Verify the previous shift’s records and file accordingly
- Ensure that there are enough copies in the QC check sheet cabinet
- Attend to daily production issues where the QC’s needs assistance
- Ensure that NCRs are investigated by production and filed
- Record the retention samples daily on the retention sample register
- Calibrate the pH meter weekly
- Check the Glass and Brittle plastic register weekly
- Update the center filling analysis results daily
- Randomly conduct QA checks at Multihead
- Verify the Multihead product dates and sign off the Multihead date code verification sheet
- Conduct shift meetings
- Update the QC checklists as needed
- Create new QC checklist or hygiene checklist as needed
- Checking that the production line adheres to standards and procedures
- Inspecting and comparing received goods against the COA
- Manage pest control

Arrange and organize equipment that needs to be sent for repairs or calibration

**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
