**Manage current project and supply the required equipment**

Will shadow Sales Consultant for the beginning to achieve the following

Achieve the agreed sales targets on an ongoing basis, ensuring maximum conversion of quotations to sales

A good understanding of the workings of a commercial kitchen.

Facilitate the increase of market share via the ongoing sourcing of new customers/ opportunities.

Generate/ensure the generation of quotations for customers, sourcing pricing from the Company’s price lists/outside suppliers where necessary.

Negotiate prices and deals with customers as required within the agreed parameters

Ensure quotations are completed accurately and submitted to customers timeously.

Ensure any amendments to quotations required are completed accurately and submitted timeously

Ensure all orders placed by customers are captured onto the Syspro system timeously and accurately

Compiling weekly project sheets and journey plans and feedback to Management.

Strong culinary background

Passion for food and cooking

Previous work experience in Sales, preferably in the catering equipment industry

Outgoing and convincing personality to build customer relationships.

Working independently as well as being a part of our passionate team

Computer Literate

Fluent in English

Cheffing experience, about 3 years

Confident, goal driven, focused, target driven

Someone that can operate independently

Not a job hopper

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R14,000.00 per month
