**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain the company's HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks and develop corrective actions to address them.
- Provide training and guidance to all employees on HSE policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update all necessary records and documentation related to HSE compliance.
- Investigate all incidents and accidents, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
- Assist with the development of emergency response plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular meetings with employees to discuss HSE issues and promote a culture of safety.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant HSE regulations and ensure compliance with them.
- Participate in external audits and inspections as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in a relevant field such as environmental science, occupational health and safety, or engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant HSE regulations and legislation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant HSE certifications are an asset.
