**About the role**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Develop and create engaging TikTok content that resonates with our target audience.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos that align with current trends and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
- Track and manage content performance, providing regular reports and insights into audience behavior.
- Meet with clients to present ideas, share reports, and discuss key insights.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, particularly within the South African TikTok community.
- Utilize social lingo effectively to connect with the audience and enhance content relatability.
- Visually relay ideas through compelling video content that captures attention and drives engagement.

**What you need to be great in this role**:

- Proven experience in social content creation and video editing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and its trends, especially within the South African context.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Must be based in Durban and able to work in-office.
