About the Role

This position focuses on ensuring the quality and consistency of digital content across various online platforms. Responsibilities include editing and updating content and images within CMS platforms, maintaining brand guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless content integration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Editing and update digital content and images within CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborating with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure seamless content integration.
- Maintaining and enforce brand guidelines across all digital content.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure content meets industry and company standards.
- Optimising content for SEO, accessibility, and user experience
- Monitoring content performance using analytics tools and provide insights for improvements.
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices in digital content management
- Assisting with content migration and updates during website redesigns or platform changes
- Ensuring thorough documentation for content management processes and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in digital content editing and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Display solid proficiency in using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager)
- Have basic understanding of HTML and CSS for content formatting and troubleshooting.
- Experience with image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for basic image modifications.
- Have familiarity with SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
- Have understanding of web accessibility standards and ensuring content compliance.
- Have knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and report on content performance.
- Demonstrate Proficient use of version control tools (e.g., Git) for content updates and collaboration.
- Have ability to work within brand guidelines and maintain content consistency.
