We are seeking a sharp and tech-savvy Operations Support Analyst to join our dynamic consulting powerhouse. As a Operations Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operational systems, processes, and procedures are seamlessly integrated and continually optimized to deliver accurate reporting, reliable record-keeping, and data-driven decision-making throughout our organization.

Reporting directly to the Bid, Operations, and IT Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, build and maintain data sources, and create dynamic dashboards that keep our operations running efficiently and compliantly. With a multi-disciplinary skillset, you will have the chance to analyze operational initiatives and identify opportunities for business optimization while ensuring business processes are aligned with objectives. Additionally, you may handle day-to-day administrative tasks that contribute to our world-class customer service experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure seamless communication and data input between internal stakeholders and collaboration systems (OpsComm, TRS, PIF, Subcon DD, Work in Sync, SharePoint)
- Design and develop dynamic reports, dashboards, and metrics that measure the success of our programs and provide recommendations to further enhance outcomes
- Create user guides and operating instructions to support program rollouts
- Collaborate with C-level executives to evaluate business operations, process mapping, and other factors impacting overall performance
- Other operational administration duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in a relevant field
- 5 years+ experience in operational administration and/or business consulting
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, is required

- Proficient in Microsoft cloud products including Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Strong written and oral communication skills with a logical and analytical approach to solving complex problems
