**SUMMARY OF POSITION**:
The Project Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. They are also responsible for keeping the project organised and running smoothly, they gather information and act as the point of contact for all involved in the project, and co-ordinate the work throughout the lifecycle of the project.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Sales and Quotes**
- Liaising with Clients.
- Arrange required resources for a project.
- Solution design.
- Compile and submit quotes.
- Sourcing of prices.
- Job Costing
- **Project Coordination**
- Read and interpret Building Floor Plans (this includes wiring specifications for relevant cabling systems)
- Procurement coordination, project planning, resource scheduling, and client correspondence
- Organise and monitor schedules to ensure that deadline are met
- On-site support and management, progress reporting, stock management, logistics coordination to get all stock to site, ensure that installation standards are adhered to, quality assurance walk-through post-installation.
- Resolve any installation and quality issues with Client and Project Teams.
- Client handover and the compilation of handover documentation.
- **Project Administration**
- Reconciliation of project costs and inter-branch charges, and compare with WIP recorded with Branches.
- Project forecasts and planning.
- Update
- Logging Jobs on Syspro
- Tracking and monitoring of projects.
- **Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Responsibilities**
- Report any deviations that could lead to an accident
- Participate in Safety Training to improve safety standards
- Report incidents and accidents before the end of a shift
- Adhere to the Company's Health and Safety policy and procedure
- Look after your own safety and that of other employees
- Ensure that the SHEQ Management System requirements are met towards customer, internal, ISO, regulatory / legal requirements.
- Manage and perform all internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the Organization's products.
- Work with Customers, Colleagues and Contractors towards continual improvement of the Management system and report the need for improvement to Management.
- Keep up standards and regulations with respect to Products and Services
- **Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities in line with your capabilities and at the request of your Superior**

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Co-ordinator
- Extensive knowledge of Project Management
- Extensive knowledge of Copper Infrastructure Design
- Extensive Knowledge of Fibre Infrastructure Design
- Extensive knowledge of Data Centre Design
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and MS Visio
- A valid Driver’s License
- Your own car
