While driving sales,Front waiters are charged with thoroughly understanding their guests,anticipating their needs and ensuring an excellent experience.A front waiter must demonstrate high level knowledge of all components to all dishes on the menu,as well as wines by the glass,cocktails,non-alcoholic beverages,and beers.Servers Must exemplify enlightened Hospitality in all interactions with our staff,guests,vendors and the community. Classic Food / Wine service Classic Wine Service knowledge Customer Service Experience in a fine dining Establishment Food / Beverage Pairing Food Preparation knowledge Food Safety knowledge Experience in the position and reference are required. If you are exceptional with a great personality and a can-do attitude.

Contract length: 40 months

**Salary**: R5,600.00 per month
