**Introduction**
Our client that has a national footprint that specializes in the innovative operation and management methods of coal fired Boiler plants on behalf of Industrial users require the skills of a Machine Shop Manager who will be reporting to the Technical Director.

**Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12
- A formal qualification Red Seal as Qualified Fitter & Turner and Toolmaker.
- Minimum 15 years experience post qualification in the trade of fitting & turning within a machine shop.
- Minimum 5 years management experience supervising a team of artisans and machine shop services.
- Experience in refurbishing valves.
