We’re seeking an experienced **Hotel General Manager** for a boutique hotel in **Simonstown, Western Cape**. The role calls for a hands-on, customer - focused, strong leader.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Lead, train, oversee concierge and housekeeping teams.
- Oversee all hotel functions - guest satisfaction; room cleanliness.
- Complete and submit, all required reports to Head - Office (guest satisfaction; incident management; maintenance requirements etc).
- Drive customer satisfaction ethos within the organization.

**Desired Qualifications, Experience and Attributes**
- At least 3 years senior experience in a Hotel, or short - term rental environment.
- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a team, including setting goals, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Familiarity with booking systems.
- All round general management skills - finance; marketing; systems etc.
- Strong communicator; tech - savvy; passion for customer satisfaction.

**CTC range**
- R300,000 to R420,000 very dependent on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R300 000,00 - R420 000,00 per year
