Final Visual Quality Inspector

We are seeking a _**Visual**_ _**Quality Control Inspector**_ with an exceptional eye for detail to join our team and ensure that every product leaving our facility meets our exacting standards.

**Position Overview**

The _**Quality Control Inspector**_ will be responsible for the _**Final**_ _**Visual quality inspection, packaging verification, and shipment quality**_ of all our manufactured/ refurbished Anilox rollers and sleeves. This position requires someone meticulous, organized, and dedicated to maintaining perfection—from the tiniest surface detail to the final pallet arrangement.

We need the final gate-keeper who will personally guarantee that **every single roller that leaves our factory is visually perfect and packaged perfectly**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough Surface & Aesthetic inspection on all finished Anilox rollers and sleeves, checking for marks, scratches, fingerprints, dents, physical defects and any surface imperfections.
- Ensure packaging, labelling, and wrapping fully comply with the CAE standards and company specifications.
- Verify that all rollers and sleeves are properly centered, wrapped, and secured before shipping.
- Confirm that boxes are stacked correctly and safely, following company standards for presentation and transport stability.
- Perform final quality checks before products leave the facility to guarantee each item meets the highest quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inspection and quality documentation.
- Report and document any products or materials that do not meet quality standards, and ensure corrective action is taken.
- Work closely with production and management to identify and resolve any quality issues.
- Keep the inspection and packing areas clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
- **YOUR DAILY JOB (this is literally 100 % of the role)**:_
- _Visually inspect every finished roller and sleeve under strong lighting and 5×-20× magnification_
- _Look for and reject ANY mark, scratch, scuff, fingerprint, dust speck, line, engraving fault, or coating blemish — no matter how small_
- _Wipe and final-clean the roller so it is 100 % mark-free_
- _Personally pack the roller/sleeve exactly as per the packaging SOP: correct foam, correct centering, correct protective film, correct crate — zero shortcuts_
- _Double-check that NO sque labels, stickers, marker pen, tape residue, or any foreign mark whatsoever ends up on the roller, sleeve, or inside the packaging_
- _Only sign off and release once you are 100 % sure the customer will open the box and see absolute perfection_

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional attention to detail - precision and perfection are second nature to you.
- Prior experience in quality control, inspection, or within manufacturing, ideally within printing, coatings, or precision-engineered products.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, documentation, and packaging standards.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of quality control.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
