The role is to develop, implement and realize the improvement plans for the site and plants. It will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable continuous improvement and supporting the implementation of a high-performance operations framework, to deliver business transformation and build capability into the teams.

**Key responsibilities**:
- To identify and deliver service improvement activities across the business by employing process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking
- Active collaboration with key business stakeholders, cross-functional and multi-jurisdictional teams, ‘LEAN champions’ to build a continuous improvement culture to support an ongoing sustainable change agenda
- Lead and facilitate LEAN/process-improvement workshops to develop ideas and solutions and pursue ‘best practice’ in service of our customers and consumers
- Support the elimination of unnecessary complexity and waste within business processes to simplify ways of working and operations
- Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system
- Active participation in the development and implementation of a continuous improvement strategy focused on developing people-capabilities

**You bring**:
- Passion, self-motivation, discipline and drive for results
- Teamwork & collaboration, people development, highly skilled level verbal and written communication
- Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping, TPM, TRACC/WCM
- MBA or Master’s Degree NQF plus Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean certification
- Project Management - certification desired
- Minimum 5-7 years successful continuous improvement experience, including project management within the value chain operations
