Job description

We are a well established and rapidly expanding international publisher and media sales agency with a proven track record across multiple continents. We are looking to add a Research Assistant to our team in Cape Town.

**Essential skills, behaviour and knowledge required**:

- Attention to detail and good organisational skills including the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while working on numerous tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with mínimal supervision
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive

- Reliable and honest
- Professional
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fully computer literate and strong knowledge of MS Office package - with a specific focus on Excel

**Responsibilities**:

- Research information for our publications (telephone and internet research)
- Complete reports on Excel
- Collate large volumes of data accurately and within tight deadlines
- Manage filing system
- Assist in administration work relating to order processing and the printing of our
- publications
- Assist with researching information for our publications (telephone and internet research)
- Assisting management and the office administrator with ad hoc duties as required

Location
This is an OFFICE BASED role in Cape Town CBD

Salary
R8,000 to 10,000 depending on experience.
