In terms of the Sanlam Group Governance Policy, SDM is managed by the SA Retail Mass cluster, which is part of the Sanlam Life and Savings cluster within the Sanlam Group. The cluster focusses on retail products, as well as group schemes. What will you do?
Responsible for overall Billing, Allocation, credit control and relationship management of facilities within portfolio.
Conduct reconciliation of due vs receipts at paypoint /facility level
Optimise Collections
Ensure data is sourced, formatted and saved timeously and correctly.
Obtain information through various stakeholders, internal and external
Query and complaint handling, including assessment and reporting
Adheres to service level agreements.
Ensure the proper processes are followed and that it is of high quality.
Identify and report on risks within own area of responsibility which could impact negatively on stakeholders. This will include reporting on late/non
- payments, erratic premium movements and data issues.
Own operational work planning, priority setting and scheduling
Monthly, Daily and weekly reporting
Proactive error reporting
Error handling investigations, resolution and reporting
Identify problem areas and trends, propose resolution and prevention
Stakeholder Management
Assist other Premiums Administrators with similar functions if and when required by management.
What will make you successful in this role?
Qualification & Experience
Matric
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
Knowledge & Skills

Computer Literacy - MS Office (Word L2+, Excel L2+, Outlook L2)
System knowledge will be advantageous (FAFA, PAVLOV, MERCURY)
