Policy Administrator

Process new insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Verify client information and ensure policy documents are accurate.
- Maintain and update client records on the system / CRM.
**Claims Processing**
- Assist clients with claim submissions and required documentation.
- Liaise with insurers to track and follow up on claim progress.
- Communicate claim outcomes to clients and provide necessary assistance.
**Client Service & Support**
- Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, premiums, and claims.
- Provide policyholders with professional and efficient service.
- Handle policy amendments, including changes to coverage, beneficiaries, and personal details.
**Premium Administration**
- Follow up on unpaid premiums.
- Incept clients’ policies where they have signed acceptance thereof.
- Reconcile premium payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Issue premium invoices and statements to clients.
**Compliance & Documentation**
- Ensure all policy documents comply with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in line with FAIS and other industry regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports for audits and regulatory compliance.
**Liaison with Insurers & Underwriters**
- Communicate with insurance companies to obtain quotes and finalize cover.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums where necessary.
- Ensure underwriting requirements are met before policies are issued.
**General Administration**
- Handle correspondence and maintain organized filing systems.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management.
- Assist in any other administrative duties as required by the company.
