**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Membership Sales Consultant to join our team in Bedfordview. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving membership sales, promoting our offerings, and building lasting relationships within our cycling community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sell memberships and related products to meet monthly sales targets.
- Effectively promote products and manage marketing efforts to attract new members.
- Network and gather leads to enhance sales opportunities.
- Handle sales administration and liaise with various departments and members to ensure a seamless experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in direct sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- A passion for cycling, whether as a hobby or a skilled rider, along with general knowledge of the sport.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Outgoing personality with excellent people skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the resilience to handle rejection.
